Miss Bay Area USA/Miss Bay Area Teen USA 2007
Jessica Kirkland , right The eleventh annual Miss Bay Area USA and Miss Bay Area Teen USA Pageant was held on Sunday afternoon March 4, 2007 at the Houston Hobby Airport Marriott Hotel. Contestants from the Bay Area competed for cash and prizes exceeding $15,000 and the opportunity to represent the Bay Area in the most prestigious pageant system in the world, MISS USA® and MISS TEEN USA®. The show was hosted by the Bay Area's own double crown winner, Nicole O'Brian, Miss Texas USA® 2003 and Miss Texas Teen USA® 2000 and the distinguished Mr. Arnold Vasquez, owner of Soldiers of Fitness and a professional model. Co-hosts for the show were the reigning, Lauren Adkins, Miss Bay Area Teen USA 2006 and Kendhal Beal, Miss Bay Area USA 2006. Magen Ellis, Miss Texas USA® 2007, and Sommer Isdale, Miss Texas Teen USA 2007 were honored guests and assisted in the crowning of the winners. Allyson Biddy provided the special vocal talent and the crowd was entertained by the award winning Barbara King Dance Company. Brittany Thaxton assisted Mr. Amin Kabani, producer and choreographer of the show. The opening production was under the direction of Ms. Barbara King of Bellaire, Texas. The Miss Bay Area USA and Miss Bay Area Teen USA Pageant is independently produced by BayStar Productions, Inc. and is a local preliminary pageant to MISS TEXAS USA® and MISS TEXAS TEEN USA®. |
